As I have mentioned, I am very busy producing some pop surrealism paintings which I hope to get placed in a good gallery. Pictured here is the latest completed, which is titled 'Breakfast on Turtle Island', featuring my five year old self circa 1966 having my Lucky Charms on one of those plastic turtle islands , the type of housing that was responsible for killing goodness knows how many baby red eared slider turtles throughout the sixties and seventies. The background treatment is a bow to the Little Golden Books that I grew up with.

Gwen, that is the coolest painting I have ever seen! you even included the Cooties!!!!! my FAVORVITE childhood game and I had one of those turtle islands and killed more than my share of baby turtles, sad to say sad.gif, keep up the FANTASTIC work!

Same here with the Cooties mosking.gif ...ummm I guess it "dates" us huh?

ps I also sat that close to the TV.... no matter how often they told me not to.
