Subject: Re: LOST ITALIAN GREYHOUND (North Main St. Providence)
I just got home from work and spoke with my parents who informed me that they never called you. I'm sorry about that but they are so stressed out over this that they cannot even think straight.
Bella does have a microchip and all of the vets and shelters have been given the number. She wriggled out of her harness and doesn't have a collar on.
Until today, there had been no sightings of her at all. But, over 500 flyers have been distributed. My mom received calls today and 3 people spotted what they believe is Bella at the Swan Point Cemetary on Blackstone Blvd. We are going to be there first thing in the morning. I'm also going to post on facebook, craigslist and (if FindToto does it too) that if anyone lives in the area and wants to help.
Thank you so much for reaching out and if anyone you know would like to come down to the cemetary or Blackstone Blvd area, it would be appreciated more than can be imagined.
My cell phone is 401-480-1959 if you would like to call me.
This was on craiglist
Sunday, 11/14 at 4:30pm: Bella, a female, white and tan Italian Greyhound escaped out of her collar in the
Whole Foods plaza on North Main St, Providence.
She took off running and has not been found. She is a rescue dog, a little over 1 year old, weighs about 10lbs and is very skittish.
She needs special attention and will try to run if approached. We have looked everywhere in the Providence area but she may have made it into North Providence or further. Hundres of flyers have been circulated and we are hoping that someone spots her and contacts us. Bella belongs to my parents and they, as I, are heartbroken over this loss. Bella is a very sweet girl and she is missed by her family.
There is a very generous REWARD for information leading to her return.
If you have ANY information PLEASE contact via email or at 401-480-8395 or 401-480-1859

"One of the unspoken truths of American life is how deeply people grieve over animals who live and die
with them, how real the emptiness is, how profound is the silence these creatures leave in their wake."
