Poor baby!

"Free to good home: 1 year old male Italian greyhound, grey and white in color. All shots are up to date, as well as neutered. VERY loving dog, but unfortunately, we have a female Iggy that is too jealous to make him comfortable with us. Is house broken as long as you keep on top of a schedule, very playful and lovable - loves to cuddle and give hugs. He does have a bit of a pigs tail, so he is not "showable," but still a very beautiful dog - GREAT with children! You must pick up - no delivery."

Hope he goes to the right home!

Darn, they should know better than to just give him away. Hopefully the fact that they aren't trying to make money off of him is a sign that they care about him and won't hand him to the first person that shows up.

Since the ad was placed on the 12th, I bet someone did get him. Other than emailing thru that site, which I did, there is no other way to contact the person who placed the ad. :-(

UPDATE!!! Got an email yesterday from the gal who has him. She is very cautious as to who she gives him to and has turned down 4 applicants. YES!!! She said she never knew about the Rescue program and wants information. So I emailed her and I have my fingers crossed that she responds positively.

  • Interests:My main interest is loving and caring for my 2 IG girls, Allie and Riley, as well as my cat, Sabrina. I adore all animals, but I have a passion for IGs. This passion began with my first IG, Tara, who is waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge. I love anything that involves IGs; spending time with Allie and Riley, attending East Coast IG Rescue events, SHOPPING for Allie's and Riley's wardrobes, and of course, communicating with other IG Whispers members. Aside from IGs, my interests include reading a variety of genres and being with friends and family, especially my 13 year old niece, Ella. Professionally, I am a reading specialist for first and second grades. Although I enjoy teaching, the best thing about my job is the long summer vacation, during which I am free to spend endless hours with Allie and Riley.

I'm so glad she didn't just hand him off to the first person who came along.
