Isis has been quite the fun addition to our loving family. She has the personality of the "youngest" , the contstant antaganizer.
Her story is very simple and she has not had a hard life, compared to some of our IG family member through out the states and across the world of Iggie lovers, this is how it unfolded.
It all began January 26,2007 in little town called Waskom ,Tx. I picked Isis up 8 weeks, she was in my hands after a 8 hour drive one way. The drive was absoluting amazing I attempted to put her in the kennel, but she was to busy giving kisses
and hugging, I decided and took a chanc eon how she would react outside of the kennel. Well she curled up in between my legs and slept the whole way only taking a look up every now and then. Right outside of getting home she got up and pooped in the passager floor board, of course that was "after" we stopped to see if she wanted to go potty!
Intergrating her with her older sisters Leilani and Echo was a adventure but so sweet watching thier loving friendship grow
after just a few hours of "hyper puppy", with at the time almost 3 year old settled iggies. The older girls were the teachers for the most part, but Isis being the youngest wanted to set her own rules, she was not very smooth about getting away with being bad, guilt filled her face at the time and even to this day. Isis really enjoys people but is more comfortable when they are on her turf.
She tends to be shy but I think its an act just to be held by the other dad Tommy at our local meet and greets and adoption events. Tommy and I had our eldest daughter Eclipse who is a wanna be IG but settles for being the only black sheperd amongst our pack of ladies, at 10 she is very tolerent of her younger siblings.
Isis enjoys rides in the car, sticking her tongue down your throat whenever possible, sitting in your lap, snacking on what
ever she can find that she is not suppose to be eatin, stuffed and squeaky toys and her safeguarded yard to run with her sisters.
She has truly brought more love to Tommy and I 15 year relationship along with her sisters, our family is a special unit of positive energy and love and look forward to many more years of happiness.
