The hardest part of her gone will be coming home to no howling welcomes, no one to follow me around everywhere I go, no one to hog the bed with at night, no one to take road trips with, and a lonely pink duck bed... I will miss my shadow, she was my best friend for 11 years. Good bye Porsche, I will see you on the other side my friend...

It brought back a lot of memories for me. I grew up with my sweet little Manchester Terrier Baby. We were a team just like you and Porsche. She was my sister and best friend.
Run free sweet girl, Porsche!

Thank you for your suggestion, and I did think about getting another one. I really love IGs and if it was up to me I would get another one to help me, but my husband is wanting to go active in the military. Which means moving into base houses and you are only allowed two animals, and I have two Boxers right now so Im full . But maybe I can talk my hubby into one because with him gone all the time, Porsche was my support team and without both of them, its pretty lonely... So I will see how everything goes, keep your fingers cross, maybe I can sweet talk him into one

I'll have you know your story had me crying my eyes out. I had to stop reading it 3 times to compose myself. It is a beautiful tribute. I loved your pictures and seeing what a wonderful life and relationship you had with your beautiful little girl. It makes my heart bleed to imagine how tough this time is for you. My thoughts and prayers are with you!!!
