Hi all - I have been in touch with this group and can pm you info on the reason I was given for these pups being there. I just wanted to know if anyone knows of this group or would mind taking a peek and telling me what you think. It is 11 hours away from me....I first found 3 of them on Petfinder and now I have fallen for all 6...
Thanks so much for looking and an insight would be super - http://www.4pawsdogs.org/adopt_us.htm If you scroll down the page you will find them.

that's a very hard to navigate website, unless it's just because I'm at work. I don't see any date on the IGs, but they are beautiful. Several members here are from that area and might know more about the place. pm member Bluewillow in case she doesn't see this.

  • Interests:My main interest is loving and caring for my 2 IG girls, Allie and Riley, as well as my cat, Sabrina. I adore all animals, but I have a passion for IGs. This passion began with my first IG, Tara, who is waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge. I love anything that involves IGs; spending time with Allie and Riley, attending East Coast IG Rescue events, SHOPPING for Allie's and Riley's wardrobes, and of course, communicating with other IG Whispers members. Aside from IGs, my interests include reading a variety of genres and being with friends and family, especially my 13 year old niece, Ella. Professionally, I am a reading specialist for first and second grades. Although I enjoy teaching, the best thing about my job is the long summer vacation, during which I am free to spend endless hours with Allie and Riley.

It turns out that I do know a little about this organization, indirectly. There's a segment on their site that talks about service dogs for children with autism, and as it turns out, the first youtube video on there is my step-dad's niece and her son Sammy. He got his service dog from this organization. They live in Cincinnati.

I do agree that the IG's on that site are gorgeous! Duane's in love with a couple of those girls!!!!! I'm going to see if I can find out a little more about the organization.
