Seen on Facebook, IG (Moose) missing since 11.28.09; escaped from yard of friend that was watching the dog.

Hope someone can help and Moose makes his way home.

From FB..it looks like they had a search team going out and there are notices in all the local newspapers as well. There was a sighting about 6 days ago....I really hope he is found soon.

I did hear back from Pati in Rat Terrier rescue, and the All Dog Rescue of Michigan is involved as well. I'm anxious to hear of their turnout today, wonder if it's raining up there, it's nasty here in Ohio. Most of all, I hope they find Moose.

This passion began with my first IG, Tara, who is waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge. I love anything that involves IGs; spending time with Allie and Riley, attending East Coast IG Rescue events, SHOPPING for Allie's and Riley's wardrobes, and of course, communicating with other IG Whispers members. Aside from IGs, my interests include reading a variety of genres and being with friends and family, especially my 13 year old niece, Ella. Professionally, I am a reading specialist for first and second grades. Although I enjoy teaching, the best thing about my job is the long summer vacation, during which I am free to spend endless hours with Allie and Riley.

I wonder how the search went yesterday. I can't imagine having one of my girls missing. I hope someone has him, is caring for him, and will see the notices and return him.

Thank you so much everyone. We ended up having about 10 people come to help, which was great -- we were able to spread out and make a real community presence. 300 more flyers are up, which is good as well. I did get a few leads, but it's hard to tell if they are legitimate or not. In one area a group of kids said they saw someone walking Moose a few days ago one one street - - someone they didn't know - - so we heavily flyered that area - but there was no sight of him. In another area someone had thought they had seen him loose a few hours prior, with someone in a car trying to coax him into the car, but everytime they would get close he would run down the street - - We ran to that area and were calling his name over and over, but nothing - - we heavily flyered. And then in another (these are all several miles apart) area a woman had thought she had seen him four days ago.
But, it's hard - - it's hard to know what leads are real - - but we searched everywhere and are hoping that all these extra flyers will make a difference.
Thanks everyone, all the support means a lot

Lexy, I've not read if you've thought of a pet psychic?

Don't get disheartened, please, we're all pulling for Moose.

I don't know how you're dealing with this, Alexis. I pray for your little guy's return every night and think of you guys often during the day. I sure hope he's OK.
