Here in Nebraska we had 2 foster dogs about a month ago, and now we have 8! My foster homes are full, and there may be another coming. Fall is the season of surrenders as usual.

Why Fall....are people too busy with the Holidays and don't want to bother with their pet anymore...how sad.

Thanks for sharing Scott - Hopefully you will start finding good homes for them soon. You are always welcome to add their descriptions and photos here as well anytime you want, perhaps more people would see them that way. :P
Also you can add your website link to the IG Connection Link Directory for additional exposure!

Boy, I know that feeling. Our rescue group, RAIGR, has nine up for adoption. They took in 6 more last week. They are from the same BYB where they had to turn in 6. Three found homes quickly. Then 6 more came in. They even put the parents in rescue. They have one month to come get the parents, but they have to pay for the spaying and neutering of them if they want them back. Every year at this time it seems people turn their dogs into rescue. I don't know why.

My guess is, by fall, those cute little springtime puppies have turned into not-quite-as-cute teenagers and folks can't be bothered with teaching them manners they should have learned as babies. ... humans!
