I am not sure what order these Photos will come up . But We had a great time!! Thanks you again for the gifts and the gift of your time in making those adorable necklaces, and the IG square.I will be hanging that not using it Posted Image Neo is not sure he is real grateful for his hat as you can see in the photosPosted Image But mom and dad like it so he will just have to take one for the team Posted Image They have been going back and forth to the box all day then sneaking past me like they had stolen goodies. And the card with the I.G. wow so nice And the treats you made they would have gobbled up all at once if I had turned my back on them.

  • Interests:My main interest is loving and caring for my 2 IG girls, Allie and Riley, as well as my cat, Sabrina. I adore all animals, but I have a passion for IGs. This passion began with my first IG, Tara, who is waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge. I love anything that involves IGs; spending time with Allie and Riley, attending East Coast IG Rescue events, SHOPPING for Allie's and Riley's wardrobes, and of course, communicating with other IG Whispers members. Aside from IGs, my interests include reading a variety of genres and being with friends and family, especially my 13 year old niece, Ella. Professionally, I am a reading specialist for first and second grades. Although I enjoy teaching, the best thing about my job is the long summer vacation, during which I am free to spend endless hours with Allie and Riley.

I am so glad you liked everything! I had so much fun picking things out for your iglets and making things for you all! In our house you can't get enough blankets (even in the ridiculous summer heat!) and of course, toys are always fun!

That hat is genius!!!! And I love that IG square. Please tell me there is a pattern for that!!

Elisabeth, did you follow a pattern for the iggy square?

I did use a pattern, kind of. I came across this crochet pattern on Ravelry and gave in and bought it because I thought I could adapt it in several ways. The hat and the flower collars I freestyled- the hat was a complete experiment, so I am glad it worked out! And if it makes Neo feel better, Bonnie and Minka weren't too excited about being my test subjects with it either with I was trying to figure out sizing. ;)

And if anyone is curious about the homemade doggie treats, I got it from Pinterest here! (Ravelry and Pinterest... my unhealthy website addictions...) My dogs love it, and it seems pretty easy to adapt if your pups have allergies.

Does the pattern have a chart or is it written instructions? If its a chart I can knit it. I just cannot get even tension with crochet, its pretty pathetic. Someday, I'll find someone who can sit down with me and tell me what I'm doing wrong haha. I know what you mean, Ravelry is addicting.

It was a written out pattern... Sorry! I am horrible with knit, but managed to teach myself crochet. ;) It's hard to tell from afar, but you actually create the head first, change colors for the nose and fasten off. Then you make the ears, attach them to the head, and then attache the whole thing on your square, so it's several small pieces.

Sorry, Deb- I usually take pictures of my various creations up close but in my excitement to send off the SS box, I totally forgot to do close up pics of the hat and the IG square, or I would attach a larger one so you could see what the square is.
